Customer portal
Your results, your antibiogram, your audit trail
One place for the laboratory, its providers and its facilities. Every laboratory sees only its own data; every view of patient information is recorded.
- Dashboard
- Volume by method, positives, specimen sources, organism mix and its month-over-month changes, resistance-marker prevalence, stewardship measures (oral versus IV leads, supportive-care share, reserve-agent share), turnaround from collection and from receipt, and the review pipeline at a glance. Filter by facility and period.
- Antibiogram, on tap
- Two views, always current: resistance-marker prevalence by organism from your molecular results, and a cumulative antibiogram from your culture susceptibilities, first isolate per patient per period, with small-sample rows flagged. Export to CSV or PDF.
- Lab results
- Every report with its status and a full timeline from created to delivered. Filter, sort, save views, export. Open the cleared report, copy a link, send it in a secure message, or correct the demographics with every change audited.
- Patients, providers, facilities
- The people and places behind the results, with the same quick views, links and secure send. Optional provider enrichment from the public NPI registry.
- Submit results
- Send results straight from your system through the documented API, upload a file, or enter a case in the guided form with organism and gene pickers. Validation happens before anything is interpreted.
- Messages and notifications
- Secure threads with your team and with patients, records attached by reference. E-mail pings never carry patient information.
- Administration
- Users, roles and facility scopes. Invitations. Your laboratory's logo across the portal. API keys and webhooks. Your own audit trail, readable and exportable.
- Your name on your reports
- Reports carry your laboratory's logo, legal name, CLIA number, accreditation and director, set up with you during onboarding. Never another laboratory's.
- PHI hidden by default
- Names, dates of birth and addresses stay masked until a reader chooses to reveal them, and every reveal is audited. Dashboards are aggregate only.
Built for more than one laboratory
Tenant isolation is enforced in the database itself as well as in the application, so one laboratory's query can never return another laboratory's rows. Staff sign in with a password and a mandatory authenticator code. Sessions expire. Every sign-in, view, download and change lands in a tamper-evident audit trail your administrators can read.
Forward compatible: the same portal is ready to carry pharmacogenomic and blood reporting when those are enabled for your laboratory.
